New DeScriptors RPG Website

You will see a lot of movement in the upcoming months as we are doing some big things for DeScriptors RPG. Today's a quick one:

The core rules and full example of play are now live at DeScriptorsRPG.com so you can access the latest version of the rules online any time! Start with this welcome post to get a sense of the new site and a hint at some of the things we've got coming in the future!

You will notice some changes to the text of the rules and example of play. These are updates, clarifications, and general tidying up that will be incorporated into the game line in the (relatively) near future. DeScriptors has been around in some form since 2015, and we think it's high time we made things a little more accessible and fun! We hope you agree.

If you've enjoyed the DeScriptors RPG in the past, expect it to reach a whole new level in 2021. If you've hesitated in starting up a game session with it, take another look at it: it's really good, but we're about to make it even better. And if you're brand new to the DeScriptors RPG, get ready to experience an incredibly powerful, flexible game engine in a very simple package. Every game session is about a transformative story arc for your characters, and as you'll soon see, DeScriptors is about to have a transformative arc all its own!
